I haven’t worked out in years. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! Many of our members start in the same place. Our programs are designed to meet you at your current fitness level. Coaches will scale exercises to your ability, ensuring you get a safe, effective workout without feeling overwhelmed. Over time, you’ll build strength, stamina, and confidence at your own pace.

What makes Conquer Fitness different from other gyms?

Conquer Fitness isn’t just another gym—it’s a community. We specialize in adult strength and conditioning, not general fitness for everyone. Our members are like-minded adults who want to reclaim their health and stay strong for the long run. You’ll find:

  • A wider variety of strength training equipment than typical training studios.

  • Our signature Conquer 360 coaching, which blends training, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance for lasting results.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Not at all! Our mission is to help adults of all fitness levels. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning after time off, or already active, our coaches will meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively.

How long are the training sessions?

Our semi-private and group training sessions are 50 minutes. Each session includes a proper warm-up, strength and conditioning work, and a finisher or recovery block so you leave feeling accomplished and energized.

Is nutrition coaching available?

Yes. We offer Conquer 360 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching as an add-on to training. This program includes personalized nutrition guidance, habit coaching, and accountability to help you fuel your workouts, improve health markers, and achieve long-term results.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple:

  1. Book a consultation.
  2. Meet with a coach to discuss your goals, health history, and current lifestyle.
  3. Choose the training program that fits you best, and we’ll guide you step by step through onboarding.

Do you offer one-on-one training?

Yes, though our specialty is semi-private training (up to 4 members with 1 coach). This format gives you personal attention, accountability, and results—while keeping costs lower than traditional personal training. For members who need or prefer fully private sessions, we also offer one-on-one coaching.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and supportive sneakers. We provide the equipment and programming—you just need to bring your energy and a willingness to work hard!

I have past injuries—can I still train?

Yes. Many of our members join us after dealing with injuries or limitations. Our coaches are experienced in modifying exercises to keep you moving safely while still progressing toward your goals. We’ll work around your limitations, focus on rebuilding strength, and help you train with confidence.
