Unlike basic group workouts, this is your program—structured for maximum results and guided start to finish by a coach who keeps you on track, motivated, and injury-free.

Large Group Fitness
Our Large Group Fitness sessions blend strength training, functional movements, and cardio bursts to burn calories, build muscle, and boost overall fitness—all in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Designed for adults in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond, every workout is coached from start to finish to ensure proper form, safe progressions, and maximum results.
