More Than Trainers — We’re in This Together
At Conquer Fitness, we’re more than just trainers—we’re your partners in progress. Our coaches are driven by your success and bring the knowledge, energy, and accountability needed to help you thrive—in and out of the gym.

Ryan Palmberg
As the founder of Conquer Fitness LLC, I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years and hold a certification through ISSA. I created Conquer Fitness with a clear mission: to provide a practical, results-driven fitness and lifestyle solution for adults in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond—those ready to lose body fat, gain strength, and take back control of their lives.
I started training at 16 with the goal of building muscle and becoming as strong as possible, which led to nine years of competitive bodybuilding. Today, training is my therapy—it keeps me physically capable, mentally sharp, and ready for life.
I became a trainer because I’ve seen the struggles many adults face—low energy, poor habits, and a system that promotes convenience over health. At Conquer Fitness, we’re here to change that. I coach to help people reclaim their strength, energy, and purpose—because I believe fitness can truly save lives.

Summer Palmberg
I began personal training when we opened Conquer Fitness, but my passion for coaching and helping others started long before. That same drive led me to a career in occupational therapy, where I developed a deep understanding of how to guide people toward meaningful, lasting change—whether in rehab or fitness.
I’ve seen too many people face preventable health issues. My goal is to help others embrace a healthy, active lifestyle now so they can fully enjoy life at every stage. If I can help someone live stronger and longer, I’ve done my job.
And yes—leg day is my favorite! Bulgarian split squats, leg press, hip thrusts—I love them all. Outside the gym, I recharge with my beautiful family, often on walks or hikes that help keep me grounded.

Sean McDonald
My name is Sean McDonald, and I’m a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Over the years, I’ve also earned personal training certifications from the NSCA, NASM, and ACSM.
For 16 years, I coached and managed an integrated training facility, working alongside physical therapists, athletic trainers, and strength and conditioning specialists to deliver life-changing results through both rehabilitation and performance-based exercise. I later founded and operated Release Fitness in Enfield, CT, where for five years I built results-driven programs for clients of all ages and abilities.
Helping people achieve their goals has always been my passion. With the right plan and the right support, I believe we can unlock your full potential—together, as a team.

Camden Eilerman
My name is Cam, and I’ve been a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for the past four years. My fitness journey started from a place many people can relate to—I was an overweight kid, unhappy with how I looked and uncomfortable in my own body. I had played sports my whole life, but I never enjoyed working out—until I made the decision to take the gym seriously.
As I committed to the process, I began to feel better every day—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Watching myself grow stronger and healthier was life-changing. I know firsthand how tough it can be to get started and how challenging it is to push through those early struggles. That’s why I use my own experiences to help others not only achieve their goals but exceed them. I’ve been there—and I’m here to help you get where you want to go.

Chaise Archer
With over 12 years of experience in group fitness and personal training, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others build strength, resilience, and longevity. My journey began with a personal mission to recover from injuries sustained during my military service. Rather than relying on medication or surgery, I turned to movement-based strategies that promote real healing and long-term health.
I’m a big believer in training with purpose. I often use tools like the sled and Complexes to push intensity and maximize results—reflecting my core belief: get the most out of every workout.
Outside the gym, I stay active through hiking, fishing, hunting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—a discipline I’ve practiced for over 15 years and continue to grow with every session.

Rachel Locke
My name is Rachel, and I’m your go-to coach for lifestyle and nutrition support!
I entered the fitness world about 10 years ago, starting with a brief stint in bodybuilding before falling in love with obstacle course racing, CrossFit, and functional fitness. In 2015, I earned my NASM CPT certification and began training clients one-on-one while also leading group fitness classes.
Over time, I became deeply passionate about nutrition and the role it plays in helping us feel and perform our best. I truly believe that when we fuel our bodies properly, we’re capable of amazing things.
Now, as a new mom, I’ve experienced firsthand how important fitness and nutrition are—not just for the gym, but for life. I’m here to help others find balance, strength, and confidence in their bodies, one healthy habit at a time.

Kyle Cox
My name is Kyle, and I’ve always had a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered through fitness. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to support your goals with personalized, effective, and sustainable programs.
I believe movement should be motivating—not intimidating—and I’m excited to be part of your fitness journey. Health, wellness, and personal growth are at the core of what I do, and that passion is what led me to pursue a career in personal training.
I received my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I’m committed to guiding and encouraging others to become the best version of themselves.

Grace Rhoads
My journey in the fitness and rehabilitation industry began with a spinal condition that shaped much of my childhood. For years, I lived with anxiety about how and when I moved my body.
In middle school, I was finally given the all-clear that the condition would no longer affect me after puberty. From that moment, I dove headfirst into sports, trampolines, bouncy houses, and climbing trees—activities that once caused me fear now became my source of relief.
Over time, my interest in human anatomy and how our bodies move and function only grew stronger. I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree in Allied Health Sciences with a minor in Nutrition for Exercise Science at UConn.
My career path is focused on Physical Therapy and Personal Training, where I aim to help others recover from not just the physical, but also the mental toll that injuries and ailments can bring. As an NSCA-certified trainer at Conquer Fitness, my goal is to help people enjoy movement, break through fears, and overcome the mental barriers that often come with it.
